Step 3: Engagement agreement
Once you’re happy with your fee proposal, we formalise it with an engagement agreement. This confirms the design, engineering and approvals work we’ll do for you, the fees and how we’ll work together.

What happens during this stage
Once the agreement is signed, the design journey begins:
- Concept design and refinement
- Planning drawings
- Engineering, including your soil report and footing design
- Construction drawings
- Interior design and selections, if included
- Lodgement and management of your approvals

What happens next
When your plans are detailed enough, we prepare your final quote to build.
